This modern and exquisitely decorated two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is centrally located in the heart of New Kingston and showcases some of the best that the city has to offer. The apartment complex is in close proximity to all the necessary amenities such as supermarket, dry cleaner, restaurants and bars. The gated complex also features security and ample parking and is the perfect spot to enjoy the warmth and cultural beauty of the island.

All rooms were very clean and comfortable. They even left water and snacks on arrival. Location was closed to everything. A few drinking glasses/wine glasses would make it much better. However, this place deserves 10/10

This is our third stay at this beautiful apartment in New Kingston, and this time we stayed even longer.As mentioned in my previous review in 2023, the apartment is gated, secure, and centrally located, just a stone’s throw from many attractions, great food spots, and entertainment options. The check-in process was seamless, with clear and accurate instructions.Communication with the host, Mikhail, was excellent as always. He was prompt and responsive to every query. It was a pleasure to finally meet him in person. He is truly a wonderful human.The apartment itself remains spotless, cosy, and exactly as pictured. The thoughtful touches such as snacks, juices, water, teas, and more really enhance the experience. It’s also great to see how Mikhail continues to improve the space based on guest feedback. More amenities have been added, such as the water dispenser, which we really appreciated. It shows how much he cares about continuously improving the guest experience.During our stay, there was an island-wide power outage lasting around 8 hours. Mikhail went above and beyond, proactively reaching out, and even driving over in the dark to ensure we had light, which we truly appreciated. That level of care and dedication is truly exceptional.As long as this apartment is available, it will always be our go-to place whenever we visit Kingston.

I had an amazing time . The ambiance was everything and our host welcomed us with snacks which I think was VERY thoughtful. The entire process was easy from beginning until end and I’ll definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Jamaica .

COMMENTS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. NOT TO BE POSTED!!! Nice secure property. Good Location.Some difficulty locatiing for the first time. Bathrooms have no outlets, no toiletpaper holder, no racks for hanging towels etc. Water pressure somewhat low in master bedroom.
