Very spacious, clean cabin right on the beautiful San Juan River. We fished at some of the Day Use locations closer to the dam, which were right down the road. Frank met us the day we arrived (and Sophie, the Giant Schnauzer!). My husband and I had a great time fishing, visiting Wines of the San Juan, and the Aztec Ruins.

We stayed in beautiful clean modern country home that met all of our needs we absolutly adored every moment we spent together as family here . The Lake wasn't too far away at all which was very convenient for us to be able to swim and visit the Marina to rent a boat and explore the waters. We enjoyed the river running near by the back yard ,we were able to fish whenever we liked . Thehot tub takes a bit to warm up but worked just fine once it was heated. Plus all the fun games the owner provided including all the space to fit a huge group! We will be coming back 10/10 recommend

We had a great time. The cabin was perfect for our needs. Very clean. Lots of room for the 5 of us and the dog. Property is great if you have a dog. Great location for fishing the Juan. Frank next door is a great help and enjoyable to talk with.

very nice place with the log home feel. Kitchen was very well supplied with all the needed meal preparation items plus some! Not a place for a larger group of people but very cozy for a family. Would definitly stay there again. And the fishing is good right behind the place!
