I rented this house for my parents so they could take a break from the Northeastern winter. They loved this house and we are already in discussions for a returned visit. The house is spacious and everything they wanted. Super clean and in a great area with access to golf cart that added to the Florida experience. We will be happy to rent again. The management group were so helpful and friendly.

We had the most enjoyable stay ever this Villa cottage was decorated beautifully had plenty of large screen TVs with access to movies. It had a beautiful hot tub, which was very enjoyable to relax, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and the beds were king size beds that were very comfortable, and the house was roomy enough for our family gathering! Would definitely stay here again had a wonderful time in the villages Florida

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is so much more amazing than I ever expected. The home itself is much bigger in person. The hot tub is the perfect nightly relaxation spot. The owners are amazing and if you need anything they are quick to help.

Place was very clean except for the hot tub it was very dirty with a dirt (maybe mold) ring around the top. Only one of the four of us got in it. Just too yuck for the other three. Also the towels were very thin and needed a good wash with ammonia to get the soap residue stink out. Lastly the second bath only had a tub which wasn’t a great option for 4 adults.
