Welcome to Sea Dreams.... this beautiful 2bdr 2bth Rosemary Beach Condo sits prominently on the Beachside of 30A with sweeping gulf views. Entering the top floor unit, you are greeted by a circular foyer which opens onto the spacious dining area and gourmet kitchen. The hardwood floors in the living areas are complemented by stone floors in baths. The relaxed style of the living room is enhanced with a balcony for taking in the expansive views of Rosemary Beach and the shimmering Gulf waters. The master bedroom ensuite has a king size bed and invites you to relax in elegance... The adjoining balcony offers a secluded area for two to enjoy a cup of coffee and the glorious sunrises over the Gulf and roof tops. The secondary bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 twin beds and has an additional sleeping alcove with a twin sized custom cushion. Sea Dreams offers convenient parking under the building in your reserved, deeded parking space. Sea Dreams is an easy walk to the restaurants, shops & the beach on the south side of Rosemary Beach. We are above Paradis Restaurant; be sure to visit one of our favorite spots that has both a rooftop, and a courtyard for special occasions.

Great setup and excellent proximity to the beach and restaurants! Hosts were very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent condo with a great location in Rosemary Beach. Everything was in walking distance…the gulf, restaurants and shops. Large unit with a parking space designated.We would definitely recommend this condo to other visitors.Management company was excellent..quickly responded to all inquiries.

Great spot with even better hosts! Communication was top notch and everything was just as expected! We loved this condo. It was perfect for our young family and we will definitely be back!

The location was great and the condo itself was as set up well and had everything we needed for our stay. Very close to shopping and restaurants. The elevator did not work for 4 days of our trip, which was very frustrating for a 4th floor unit and staying with kids. Hauling our luggage up and beach items up and down every time we left was frustrating. I asked for a concession for this and was told no. Understand that it wasn’t the property managers fault, but I also would have never rented a 4th floor unit without an elevator. It finally worked the evening before we checked out. Manager was responsive While the unit itself is very close to the beach (less than 5 min walk), the key card walkover access is for the furthest away entry point. I’ve stayed at rosemary beach multiple times and never been restricted on which access point we could use, so instead of a 3 min walk it was probably more like 10. At busier times we were able to get people to let us in, but felt like we should not have had to do that. The beds and furniture could use some upgrades (torn chair, sagging sofa bed) and the Ac did not work well in the secondary bedroom. Initially, we noticed the window was left open, so it cooled down some but still not to a comfortable sleeping temperature. They did provide a fan. The unit came with 2 bikes which was nice. Garage parking was provided. We have a large SUV and the parking space is the one closest to the wall, so we had to squeeze out of the driver’s side.
