A bright, cozy, and modern 102-square-meter vacation home with a carport, set on a lush, well-maintained property with plenty of palm trees and other trees. A sunny garden and a furnished rooftop terrace with views of the mountains and the sea. We place great importance on cleanliness. From this centrally located Spanish village, you can quickly reach both the north and south of the island. Not far from the sea, yet very quiet and away from the tourist crowds. Here you can unwind and relax.

: You can go hiking or mountain biking, for example, toward the sea, the interior, and the mountains, or to “Betancuria” to visit the historic old town, or to the “Parque Natural de la Caldera de Garía” volcano near Tiscamanita, and much more. You can reach various beaches in about 10 minutes by car: Caleta de Fuste; Pozo Negro in 15 minutes; the famous dunes in the north near Corralejo in 25 minutes; El Cotillo in 30 minutes; and Costa Calma in the south of the island in 35 minutes; Jandía, with its unforgettable, long, turquoise-blue sandy beaches and dunes, in 45 minutes.
Golf, tennis, water sports, surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, swimming, shopping, beach promenades, strolling, dining, shopping, shopping centers, doctors, hospital, spa and wellness facilities, and the harbor—all reachable by car in about 10 minutes in Caleta de Fuste or in 15 minutes in Puerto del Rosario.

Local shop in village a short walk from property. Two major supermarkets a fifteen minute drive. There are several good restaurants within a 20 minute drive. Property is accessed via owner's entrance, with an independent (locking) pedestrian gate near the front door. We felt very secure, especially with the owner's large friendly/playful dog in attendance. The property is clean, tidy and well cared for both inside and out. Cooking facilities and equipment are adequate and there is a choice of internal or external dining areas. The beds could be more comfortable, although the rooms are light and airy with rugs on the tiled floor to add comfort on the coolest mornings. There is a generous amount of closet space comprising shelves and hanging. The bathroom is clean and spacious, with enough room to add either a good-sized shower cubicle or bidet, or both in place of the bath with shower attachment. The shower attachment is adequate in terms of temperature and quantity of water flow. Anneliese, the host, is very friendly and helpful with an abundance of information about the surrounding area.

Clean & tidy property in small village centrally located to see the island. Large comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen.
To make this property better for UK visitors a Smart TV with Apps, Netflix, catch up programmes plus streaming would be best. The only programmes are all in German.
Felt the terrace would benefit from a roof covering.

Satisfied. Beds and rooms very good. Well equiped. Nice quiet garden. Specious Parking on the property. Extremely safe.
House was difficult to find even with GPS. Somewhat remote and small village. In 4 km you are in ANTIGUA with super market and restaurants and backery. We should definitely come back. Price-quality surely OK.
