The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliance's, there is a utility room next to the kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher,fridge freezer and microwave. lounge is spacious and modern, with large sofas and a there is a Smart TV with fresat,and Netflix, plus Amazon firestick with all sky channels including TV box sets and 1000s of films. Also a google minI entertainment system ( similar to amazon Alexia) . Upstairs a double bedroom with patio doors leading onto a large sun terrace, with patio furniture one twin bedroom and a fitted shower/bathroom.There are 3 twin bedrooms on the ground floor with 2 shower rooms.There are remote ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge which are quiet and extremely efficient. Property is near a very loud music café annex kindergarten. The parking in front of the house is poor. Only 1 car. The street in front is a busy street. It would be nice if there were more towels per person. One each for a week is poor.

“The location of the accommodation is really convenient – shops, a gas station, and beautiful beaches can be reached within a few minutes. Our highlight for snorkeling was definitely Cala Capitan.Unfortunately, the accommodation itself did not live up to the good location. Cleanliness was questionable – on the first day we had to spend time cleaning, as there was even trash left behind from previous guests. The dishes were partly very dirty and the dishwasher, due to its age, hardly worked. The bathrooms were newly renovated, but in the back bathroom the door could not be closed, and a strong smell came from the drains. We ended up covering them with water-filled plastic bags to reduce the odor.Many outdoor chairs were taped together with duct tape, and there were no cushions provided for the sun loungers, which made them very uncomfortable. An investment in proper, well-kept furniture is urgently needed.Communication was just average. We asked for additional towels – since only one per person was provided – and although these were promised, they never arrived. The most disappointing experience, however, was the handling of forgotten clothing (two dresses and a suit). We contacted the agent quickly, and while she initially sounded helpful, we were later told that the items had simply been thrown away. Considering that we had WhatsApp numbers, sending a quick message would have been no effort at all. This lack of respect and service was very frustrating and upsetting.
