Amazing property right on the beach. The pool is also right on property so we bounced between beach and pool quite a bit. The beach was never over crowded like most of the other beaches in the area (the perk of staying on Longboat). The condo was clean and had everything we needed including lots of space. I’m definitely staying here every time we come back.

Perfect floor plan for four adults and three children. Pool and beach access easy. Would have loved to see sunsail shades over the pool to make it accessible throughout the day.

Reviewer Comments:
The location was nice and right on the beach. The room was average at best. wasn’t very clean and it is a little rundown and worn out. Nothing smelled clean and it was shabby. Needs paint and a good deep clean. The family room area rug is old and worn out and was curling up which was a tripping issue. Wouldn’t stay again
