Quiet location, as advertised. Well separated from neighbors. Nice view. Already large outdoor area and a great pool.
If you primarily stay outside and place little to no value on the interior furnishings, etc., then it is recommendable.
However, we would have liked the kitchen utensils, at least, to be in a cleaner state. We would also have hoped for beds of at least medium quality.

Una casita con su propia piscina, en un entorno tranquilo y agradable. Por motivos personales teníamos que entrar en la casa antes y la chica que nos atendió nos lo facilitó y nos dieron las llaves 3 horas antes. Tiene una parcela enorme, el problema es que la puerta del garaje no tiene llave y eso ya no nos gustó tanto

Es una zona muy tranquila, a 5 min en coche de calpe , cerca de la playa con agua cristalina y buen ambiente ! El chalet estaba todo muy limpio y aseado. Lo recomiendo!!
