The house was great. All communication with the host was wonderful and responsive. Any questions or concerns he was able to promptly take care of. We would rent this house again if we were staying on North Topsail Island.

5 stars the house was amazing. It was clean and room for everyone. The elevator was perfect for my older grandfather and mother too. The pool and hot tub were great and clean too. It’s in a great location in north topsail close to restaurants and activities and shops. We will be staying with them again.

Superb home, super convient to pool and ocean if you have littles you need to transport around this house is the right spot!! Did not read there was an elevator so that was a super perk! Our famil had plenty of room to spread out and we all had an amazing time. Host was %110 responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Couldn't ask for a better time!!

The locke situation is not a very good situation.Sometimes that works sometimes it doesn't. All the towels smelled like cigarette smoke, but that was fixed. The cleaning crew brought new in. A covert door was broken off. The ice machine did not work and the air conditioning broke when we were there and the homeowner had to come and fix it.
