Enjoy the stunning view directly toward the pier and the sparkling blue Baltic Sea from your sheltered balcony. The separate built-in kitchen is well-equipped with amenities such as a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The larger of the upstairs bedrooms is furnished with a high-quality double bed (2 x 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe, while the children’s room features a bunk bed (each 90x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a desk. The bathroom, bathed in natural light, is spacious and bright, offering comfort with high-quality fixtures such as a bathtub with an integrated shower, an illuminated mirror, a wall-mounted toilet, and a vanity.

From the apartment hallway, a staircase leads down to the cozy basement. Here, the open-concept living/sleeping area is comfortably furnished with a sofa, armchairs, and a second TV. Integrated into the living area is the sleeping area, featuring a high-quality double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a nightstand with a reading lamp, and a spacious wardrobe. A second bedroom offers another comfortable sleeping area with a single bed (90x200 cm) in a cozy sleeping alcove, a reading lamp, a dresser, and a closet. Wi-Fi is included.

The listed rental price is for 4 people; an additional fee per night and person applies for each person beyond the 4th.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for your car, and bicycles can be stored in the bike room. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the building.
