Centrally located and close to the beach, this modernly furnished one-room vacation apartment is on the first floor and features a balcony. With a living area of approximately 32 m², there is plenty of space for up to 2 people.

Walk straight down the hallway to reach the living area, which will delight you with its stylish furnishings and thoughtful details. You can spend cozy evenings on the comfortable sofa in front of the large flat-screen TV. The dining table for 2 people is located right by the window and is perfect for sharing meals together. Separated from the living area is the sleeping area, which features a double box-spring bed (180x200 cm, full-length mattress), another flat-screen TV, two narrow wardrobes, and two nightstands. Pleated blinds provide pleasant blackout coverage in the living and sleeping areas at night. The open, well-equipped kitchen with white cabinet fronts adjoins the living area. Despite the compact space, all necessary kitchen appliances are provided, such as an oven, a refrigerator, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a coffee maker. The interior, brightly tiled bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink with a mirror and vanity cabinet for storing your bathroom essentials. From the living area, you can step out onto the covered, furnished balcony. A screen and windbreak ensure privacy and relaxation. Unwind there after a long day at the beach or a long bike ride, or enjoy your vacation with a good book or a glass of wine.

An underground parking space is reserved for your car (clearance height: 1.95 m). A bicycle storage room and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available for general use.
