Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.
Parking note: The entrance height to the underground parking garage is 1.90 m. Due to piping inside the underground garage, the height is reduced in some areas to 1.70 m. We therefore recommend that you enter the garage with a vehicle height of no more than 1.70 cm.
Spend the best days of the year in this lovingly and tastefully furnished 3-room vacation apartment on the 7th floor, featuring a balcony with a side view of the sea, an elevator, and a living area of approximately 50 square meters, accommodating up to 4 people.

The open-concept kitchen is perfect for cooking, and the dining area invites you to linger. Direct access to the corner balcony lets you enjoy the evening sun. From here, you have a side view of the Baltic Sea.
This apartment includes an outdoor parking space (clearance height 1.90 m). A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are located in the basement. Depending on availability, you can store your own bicycles in the bike storage room.
Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are not permitted.
