"Dünenblick" Vacation Rental with Balcony in the Belvedere Building in Grömitz

Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

Current Notice: Starting September 9, 2026, roofing work will take place at the Plaza in the Belvedere in Grömitz for approximately 4 weeks, which may cause occasional noise disturbances.

Final work is still underway at the new Dünenpark Grömitz behind the dike along the promenade; this is expected to be completed by the 2026 season.
Here and there, the final phase will still cause some visual disruptions. However, you can already look forward to a dune landscape with a newly designed promenade and numerous entertainment options.

Ein A tastefully and comfortably furnished living and dining room with a comfortable sleeper sofa (at standard height, 140 x 195 cm) and access to the balcony. From your sheltered balcony, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view, and a retractable awning protects you from excessive sunlight on sunny days.

A high-quality kitchen, a gorgeous shower room, a modern bedroom with a double bed (spring mattresses (firmness level 2) with gel toppers and electrically adjustable slatted frames, each 90 x 200 cm), and many thoughtful details make this home special—whether it’s an umbrella, a collection of games, DVDs, plenty of books, binoculars, a safe, or spices for cooking—everything has been thought of here! Make yourself at home.

A parking space in the garage is reserved for you. A bicycle that comes with the apartment is available for your free use during your vacation. Any bicycles you bring with you can be safely stored in the lockable bike storage room. There’s also a free charging station for e-bikes here. In addition, there is a shared laundry room in the building’s basement with a washer and dryer.

Would you like to bring your dog along on vacation? One dog is welcome to stay for an additional fee. Smoking is permitted in this vacation rental.

You can also reach the tranquil town center—with its various supermarkets, bakeries, and the idyllic spa park—in just a few minutes on foot.
