Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

This stylish and modernly furnished one-room vacation apartment for up to 2 people is centrally located in a cul-de-sac near the beach. The apartment, which features a balcony, has a living area of approximately 35 m² and is located on the mezzanine level of a quiet apartment complex.

The combined living and sleeping area, featuring vinyl flooring, welcomes you with a comfortable box-spring double bed (180x200 cm, 2 firmness levels: H2 and H3, topper), a dining table with 2 chairs, and a large flat-screen TV (Smart TV). Two comfortable armchairs are provided for added comfort. Blackout curtains and pleated blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep. The kitchenette is well-equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, a stove with 4 burners, and a coffee maker, and is adjacent to the living area. The interior bathroom, also featuring vinyl flooring, boasts modern fixtures and includes a toilet, a sink, and a corner shower (80x80 cm). The vanity cabinet provides storage space for your bathroom essentials, and a heated towel rack is available for your towels. From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished, covered balcony, which offers a peaceful retreat. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

You’ll find an outdoor parking space with your choice of spot in the large communal parking lot right next to the building. For the bicycles you bring with you, there is a private, lockable bicycle storage room or a covered bicycle parking area with a permanently mounted bike rack at the building. A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared laundry room.
