Centrally located, close to the beach, and accessible—this 3-room vacation apartment is on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment complex in the heart of Grömitz. You can easily reach the attic apartment by elevator.
In addition to its cozy furnishings, this vacation home features a spacious, furnished south-facing balcony. The bright living room welcomes you with a cozy sofa area where you can relax. The adjoining dining area and the well-equipped kitchen offer plenty of space for social cooking evenings. Each of the two bedrooms features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a large closet for your vacation wardrobe. In addition, one of the bedrooms has an extra TV. In both bedrooms, you can darken the windows with roller blinds for an undisturbed night’s sleep. The spacious bathroom features a large, walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink.
You can park your car in the private outdoor parking space directly on the property. A bike storage room is available for your bicycles. A water softening system provides naturally soft water throughout the house. A washer and dryer are also available.
