Portland J1 Vacation Rental with Balcony in the Hafenblick Building in Laboe
Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.
Current notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town center are affected, particularly from the Kurpark to the Fördewanderweg. Depending on the progress of construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change at short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue until 2027.
This 58 m² two-room vacation apartment for 3 people is located at the rear of the first floor of the only Portland building, directly across from the harbor and just 200 m from the beach.
The apartment welcomes you with a practical entryway. The living room, decorated in a fresh, Nordic style, features an open-concept kitchen. The furnishings in the living area are also harmoniously coordinated. The table is not only perfect for shared meals but is also ideal for long evenings in good company. After long walks on the beach, the sofa offers a comfortable spot to relax. A 50-flat-screen TV with pay TV ensures cozy evenings in front of the TV. In addition to cable TV, the stereo system, DVD/Blu-ray player, and a PlayStation 4 provide plenty of entertainment options. At night, the 160x200 cm sofa converts into a sleeping area for either two children or one adult. The kitchenette features a modern design and should satisfy all your culinary needs. An induction cooktop is a joy to use, the freezer makes grocery shopping easier, and the dishwasher makes life simpler. A high-quality oven at a user-friendly height is also available. With the Nespresso machine, you can treat yourself to a delicious espresso after a meal, for example. From the living room, you can step out onto the beautifully furnished terrace. The wooden floor lends this space a Nordic ambiance as well. In the summer, it provides pleasant warmth for bare feet as you enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning. And in the evening, after eventful days on vacation, it’s wonderful to enjoy a fine glass of wine. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an additional closet for your clothes. Here, too, a 43-inch flat-screen TV has been provided. The shower room is bright, inviting, and modern.
Portland J1 offers you what amounts to an all-inclusive vacation: free Wi-Fi, a laundry package, a beach chair on the beach, and special technical amenities are all included.
Portland J1 is great in the summer, after fun-filled days at the beach and swimming, and cozy during the winter months after long walks along the beach right by the sea. The nearby state capital, Kiel, offers many Nordic events throughout the year.
During the season from approximately April through September, a seasonal beach chair is available to you on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.
A parking space is reserved for you. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in your private basement storage room. A private washing machine and dryer are included as standard amenities.
