It was everything we had hoped for! We came for a girls trip and all the amenities were perfect! The back yard was exceptional with the kayaks, the hot tub, and the outdoor seating! Sarah was amazing to work with and answered any questions we had! The kitchen was great for cooking dinner to save some money! We went to Sullivans island to go to the beach and the house had everything we needed for a perfect beach day! Would highly recommend!

Super cute place and it’s in a super convenient spot. Close to the beach and downtown Charelston! Perfect place for our Senior trip!!

We had a great time!

We just spent 4 days in James Island and had a wonderful time. The host Sarah was very responsive, the property was clean and in a great location. It is walking distance to The Harlow, Grumpy Goat, Coastal Crust and Harris Teeter. We visited Folly Beach- an easy 20 minute drive- daily and had a blast on the beach. Folly beach has a great family friendly laid back vibe and lots of great food! We had a delicious meal at the Crab Shack, walked the pier, spent hours in the ocean. We visited Charleston which is only 15 minutes from the house. Our family of 5 (3 kids) fit very comfortably in the house. Our teenagers commented on how comfortable the bunk beds were. The back room with the bunk bed and game room attached was a huge hit, our boys played pool and had their own hang out space. Another great perk was the towels, chair and beach supplies which came in super handy. We will definitely be visiting again!!!
