Nordlicht Vacation Apartment with Balcony at Kammerweg 5 in Scharbeutz
Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Apartments service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.
The “Nordlicht” 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor has approximately 68 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It is tastefully and very comfortably furnished. The living room features a sofa set with a sleeper sofa (140x190 cm), a TV with cable, and a stereo system. The very spacious south/west-facing balcony is furnished with patio furniture, and an awning provides shade when needed. The bedroom has a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) with ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. In the separate kitchen with dining area, you’ll find a 3-burner stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. There is also a serving hatch leading to the dining area and access to the second balcony, facing east, where you can enjoy a cup of fresh morning coffee. The brightly tiled bathroom is functionally equipped with a shower/toilet and an illuminated mirror cabinet.
An outdoor parking space is available at the building (accessible from Schulstraße: on the upper parking deck). There is a coin-operated communal washing machine in the building’s basement.
