Only first secure your stay at the “Avalon" condo at the popular Beach Club of North Padre Island. “Avalon” ~ a splendid FIRST-floor 1-bedroom condo, remodeled from the inside out with lovely coastal décor and a touch of the whimsical. Ideal for up to 3 adults or a small family of 4, for your next beach getaway ~ with surf & sand a block away. Luxury resort-style amenities: pool, hot tub, Finnish sauna, fitness gym ~ and more await you!
The “Avalon” condo is tastefully decorated with high-quality furnishings including the bedroom suite's Sealy's King-size "Magnificence Plush Pillow Top" mattress. In addition, a surprisingly comfortable Queen-size sofa sleeper accommodates up to 2 in the living room. Electronic-wise, "Avalon" is decked-out with high-speed WiFi throughout; Spectrum cable/WiFi smart-tv in the living room; plus a WiFi smart-tv in the bedroom. The galley kitchen is equipped to the hilt and you'll find the drip coffeemaker and hospitality coffee set-up in the "barista" cupboard, plus there's an assortment of tea, as well. Then the Beach Club offers all the restorative resort-like amenities to vacationers and residents alike, including a heated pool and jacuzzi hot tub in tropical palm surroundings, fitness center, dry-heat sauna, club house, gazebo, bbq and picnic areas. Only a 5-minute walk along the brick path to lovely Whitecap Beach or drive and park on the sand (if you have a parking permit). No need to go far for fishing. Believe it or not, there is a saltwater fishing pond right at the Beach Club! Just bring the poles and bait and make sure your fishing license is up-to-date for age 17 and above! It's all here – fun, sun, surf, fishing and activities galore!

Richard’s place was perfect for our stay in Padre Island. We needed something close to Corpus Christi as we were visiting family there, but also had a more vacation island vibe. Location to the beach was super convenient and we did a sunrise walk every morning. The dockside vibe of Docs Seafood and Scoopy’s Ice Cream (next to Snoopy’s) to sit and watch the sunset was also ideal and was not crowded. We had a few issues that were minor and Richard and Alexa took care of them right away with quick response. Pool was nice for sunbathing and we used the gym and the clubhouse a time or two. We were expecting the location to be more visible to the Oceanside which it is not and the pool was smaller than expected which got crowded in the afternoons for its size for our tastes. All in all a great value of a vacation and we were impressed with our hosts.

Great place to stay. Clean with all the amenities you need. Good fitness center and outdoor pool. Would definitely stay there again if I can to Corpus Christi.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was spotless when we arrived — fresh linens, clean surfaces, and everything exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check‑in incredibly easy.The pool area was a great bonus; it was well‑maintained and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials, which made cooking simple meals a breeze. Overall, a comfortable and stress‑free stay. We’d definitely book again.
