Welcome to The Palms Villa #31, a 5-Star Luxury 2 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, two-story Beachfront Villa Located in The Palms Private Residence Club of Playa Flamingo!!
Villa #31 offers over 2200 square feet of luxury beachfront comfort. This villa boasts 2 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private outdoor patio overlooking the divine views of the Pacific ocean. This space truly displays the spectacular sunsets that Flamingo beach has to offer. The beautiful white sand and crystal clear blue water is only a mere 50 steps from your patio.
Upon entering the master suite, you are greeted with only the highest quality of finishes. The tall, vaulted ceilings allow for a cool breeze during the day and night as you vacation in paradise. Wake up in your large, comfortable king size bed, grab your fresh Costa Rican coffee, and walk out onto your own extended oceanfront balcony. Your relaxation and privacy are forefront at the Palms.
The guest bedroom offers the same tall and vaulted ceilings as the master. Inside, you will find a queen bed, and also a large loft that sleeps two kids. This is a great space for your friends, the grandparents, or the children coming along.The loft's lighting can be controlled from up in the loft or down in the bedroom.
The Palms is a gated community with 24-hour security, a large BBQ area, a gym with an ocean view, and an infinity pool that melts into the Pacific Ocean. Take advantage of The Palms’ 24 hour/7 days a week secured parking and guardhouse to watch over your car. Alongside these many world-class amenities, this community is within walking distance to many local restaurants which offer food from local gastronomy to Italian. If you feel like really indulging yourself, let The Palms' in-house chef service prepare and serve you a fabulous gourmet meal in the villa or by torchlight right by the beach. The Palms also offers the free use of sea kayaks, boogie boards, surfboards, and snorkeling gear to our guests.
We are located close to Waterfalls, surfing, fine dining, beach dining, zip-lining, pottery farms, organic farms, caves, cliff diving, jet skis, catamaran tours, nightlife, jungle tours, river tours, and anything else you can imagine. With the 24 hr staff within the complex you any need can be attended to. We have English-speaking contacts no matter the hour or day.

The facility was amazing. The employees were so kind and helpful. The villa was great. The pool & ocean views were the best we’ve seen!

Family of 5 had a great stay. Place was right on the beach which is a major plus. Spacious kitchen and patio. Nice bathrooms. Has all the cooking equipment you would need. A/c and WiFi work great. The Palms concierge is very responsive to what’s app texting and will set up all of your reservations and excursions. There’s a bar at the pool which serves good drinks.

Our family's first visit to CR and Playa Flamingo did not disappoint. Our party was two adults and three teens. Condo is beautiful, well maintained, and staff make you feel like you are at a 5 star resort. Easy walk to several restaurants - Coco Loco was our favorite and Camparino pizza in town was $$ but great. Flamingo town is a short drive away and a 10 min walk away if you want more dinning/shopping options.
Beach was clean with nice sand and solid waves for all to play in. Pools were popular and a great place to watch the sunset from the infinity edge.
We hit the local store for some groceries and adult beverages. Prices are high but not crazy.
We were not able to get cell service at the condo, but WiFi for condo worked great.
If driving be advised some roads are rough and not paved. We used Waz and rented a nice SUV which made driving bearable.
We did drive to Tamarindo for surf lessons and so glad we opted for the much less touristy Playa Flamingo area for our stay.
The whole family loved our stay and I'm working to coordinate another visit with extended families.
