The entire living area is on one level and features a small original veranda leading to a separate entrance. A renovated and fully equipped vintage kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stovetop, and small appliances… opening onto the bright and cozy living room, which features a wood-burning stove for a cozy winter atmosphere. Two bedrooms, each with a high-quality double bed, closets, shutters, and blackout curtains. A new sofa bed in the living room provides emergency sleeping space for one adult. Bathroom equipped with contemporary storage cabinets and a shower stall, featuring a small window. Small separate toilet with a window. Washer and dryer in the basement. Oil-fired heating; electric water heater in the basement.
Outside, there are 3 garden tables, 3 umbrellas, a hammock, garden chairs, petanque balls, and more.
Two electric bikes with a battery range of approximately 50–60 km are available for you to enjoy beautiful rides in our region.
