In the summer, the rec path is just outside, letting you bike all the way to Breckenridge or Vail Pass. Plus, you’re close to the Frisco Marina on beautiful Lake Dillon. This place is a fantastic year-round choice for your family and friends!

The condo living area features a large flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, comfy seating, and large windows with views of Frisco’s Mount Royal and Wichita Mountain. There’s a full kitchen with granite countertops and everything you need to whip up meals and snacks for your group. The dining table seats six, with two extra stools at the counter. The location is amazing ! Bed was comfy. The lock broke twice , and never got fixed . But they had a lock box and answered us right away , so all good . The appliances are probably 25 years old and the toaster and pots and pans are so old they were just a pain, so we just ate out . Other than that , we loved the location and had a great time. Note , it’s 3 flights up, and so if anyone in your group as knee issues or something, not easy up . (My sister in law struggles a bit ) but would stay again in a minute ! We had a great time .
