The approximately 43 m² of living space includes a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with an open kitchen, and two glass-enclosed balconies with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea (the windows open wide).

You’ll find a designated parking space for your car right next to the house. A washing machine and a clothes dryer are available in the common area and can be used for a fee.
