The beach can be seen from the lanai. The house is nice and clean. There was an issue with the blinds in the kitchen and I did not like the fact anyone could see in th house because of this blind issue you can not move the thermostat under 72 which I am used to having the house at 70 which was annoying but if you are not a person who likes it cold, it is fine. I stayed here last year and they had beach towels. This year I needed to buy one but I did leave it because it did not fit in my suitcase. The pool is great. The location is awesome. The beach is amazing. All the things wrong were minor but I would fix the blinds and put real curtains in the bedroom otherwise you will be up at sunrise. Overall it is a very nice place and Sanibel seems to be coming back. Sanibel is an amazing island. This place is new and renovated. I stayed at Point Santo in the 1990s and 2000s. This place has all the great upgrades.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The pool area was very nice. We have stayed at the property before and like this unit as this building was closer to beach than some of the others.

Everything was as advertised. Location was great and it was very clean. We loved the screened deck.
