Look forward to a beachfront vacation in this charming one-room vacation apartment, which sleeps up to 2 people and offers approximately 33 m² of living space in a prime location in Grömitz. Your vacation home, with its pleasant living atmosphere, is located on the mezzanine level in the Baltic building.
You’ll be welcomed by a beautiful living/sleeping area with a double bed (160x200 cm), an armchair, a TV, and a cozy couch. From here, you can step out onto the covered, furnished balcony. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them together at the dining table in the living area. At night, the room can be comfortably darkened with curtains. The bright and modern shower room ensures a pleasant start to the day.
An outdoor parking space (dimensions: approx. 5 m x 2.7 m) is reserved for you. A bike rack and a bike storage room are available for any bicycles or e-bikes you bring with you. In the basement of the neighboring building, a washing machine and a dryer are available for shared use (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
Please note that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are also not permitted.
