In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "71" 400 m, railway station "Zell am See" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, thermal baths "Tauern Spa Kaprun" 10 km, bathing lake "Zeller See" 2.5 km. Gondola lift, skisport facilities 50 m, slopes 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittehöhe Zell am See 10 m, Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun 15 km. Besonders gut ist die Lage im Ort uns das unerwartet vorhandene doppelstöckige 1,40 m breite Bett im separaten Bereich in der Wohnung :)!

Compact en net appartement. Met twee volwassenen en twee kinderen een week in gelogeerd; dat ging prima. Locatie is goed, je bent met 5 minuten rijden bij het meer.

Velice zajímavý poměr ceny a kvality. Pokud hledáte ubytování za příznivou cenu, určitě doporučuji. Jedinou slabinou jsou špatné matrace. Pro pobyt dvou osob perfektní, ale na rozkládacím gauči se nám spalo špatně. Patrová postel na tom byla lépe.
