The closure of St Rt 315, the road the property is on, made things challenging.Could use starter coffee filters.Overall it was as advertised.

The property was exactly as described, well maintained and very clean. Evan and his team went to great lengths to anticipate their guests' needs and communication was top-notch. I would host another retreat at the Old House On the River again in a heartbeat.

We hosted a Ryder Cup golf event at the Farmhouse. The home was beautiful, the amenities were excellent, and the experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

Fantastic home and FULLY met our needs. Very well-equipped kitchen as we cooked all our meals. Great fire pit , games in garage and nice concrete area for basketball. Great sleeping arraignments with very up to date bathrooms. I would stay again 100%.
