This building only has 40 units , so less people to share the pool and beach with, The building is very clean and up to date. There is a new wooden walk way for easy access to the white sandy beach

The condo is beautifully decorated and super clean. The views are amazing and the close proximity to the beach and activities can’t be beat. We will definitely stay here again!

The host was accommodating and the unit was very clean and the appliances, utilities etc were all functioning. However on the downside the unit could use some overall updating. Of particular note, the sofa was way overdue for replacement as you literally sank down into it and was very uncomfortable. Also the lazyboy had oil stains. The king mattress utilized a topper for some reason that made it too soft for us. We will be searching other units the next time we visit.
