Great place!

We LOVED this home. All of the amenities for our family of 4 were great, felt like a dream home away from home in paradise. Loved the mid-century island vibe of the home and furnishings, it felt very warm and welcoming. Very thankful for all the beach gear available in the closet! Appreciate the pitcher for water in the fridge, at least to keep some drinking water cold. The view across the gold course and up the mountain while laying in the lanai was lovely! And such a short walk to the ocean pool and that incredible ocean view on the rocks. The neighborhood is lovely and the groceries and pizza stop just five minutes away was awesome. I will definitely hope to stay here again for our next trip to the Big Island!

The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
Check in was smooth, the unit was spacious, and the location is 5-star. There was ac, and the convenience of a w/d in the rental. We only had one large roach inside during our nine days. However, the dirty white carpet, a broken shower head in the master bath, a malfunctioning kitchen faucet, no exterior front porch light and a general all-around need to update and paint negated the positives for us. We’d stay at this complex again, but not this unit.
