Inside, you’ll find 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and nearly 4,000 sq ft of open, indoor-outdoor living space, all centered around a private lap pool and shaded gazebo.

Property was beautiful and spacious as advertised. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and the black out shades were a plus. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The overall area of hacienda pinilla was nicely maintained and some of the best roads we found in Costa Rica. No real markets or restaurants too close, but there are options within a short drive. The JW Marriott also has 4 nice restaurants which appeared to be a little pricey until we ate in Tamarindo, which was also pricey, but not any different than a large US city. Also found out that the JW Marriott restaurants gave 10% off if you mention you were staying in Hacienda Pinilla. Golf course was in a beautiful area, but due to the dry season, the fairways and greens were in poor shape, but they did offer a reduced price. Drive from Liberia was an experience and it seems that Google does not route you through Hacienda Pinilla as it is a gateed community, which makes the drive longer and over a lot of dirt roads. Once we pinned the gate house, we could get in and out of the area much quicker. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

We went on vacation with three adult children and their spouses along with two toddlers under three. There was a ton of room for everybody to have their own space away from each other and enjoy the pool. The owners and the concierge were both very attentive to any questions we had. They were great to work with. We would definitely go back.

House was in excellent condition. Everything you need is available. Home is clean and spacious and beautiful. Natalia and team work hard to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
