The holiday home Casa Carmencita is located in La Garita and stands out for its proximity to the beach. This 153 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan, television, as well as books and toys for children. The house offers a private outdoor area with a pool, open terrace, balcony, and outdoor shower. The pool area is enclosed by high walls, providing complete privacy and shelter from the trade winds—a characteristic feature of properties on the island. For sea views, guests can enjoy them from the upper terrace and balcony. You can share a homemade meal on the terrace while enjoying the spectacular sea views. In the surroundings, you will find supermarkets, public transport, the beach, a selection of restaurants, bakeries, a confectionery, and a pharmacy. Free street parking is available. The property is in no way modern or flashy. It could do with an update so if this worries you, avoid. For us, the location was more important. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. There is only one indoor loo/ bathroom but the pool shower room is only a few steps outside. The pool was cold ...refreshing! There was a shortage of sockets above the work surfaces in the kitchen which was a bit of a problem. Host was polite and helpful. Bit of a problem with commission charged on return of deposit but this was sorted in the end.
