Wonderful location close to the pier perfect for a family getaway!

We picked this property because of its ocean front and first floor location. The building has no elevator. It had all the features we needed. That included TV, Internet, dish washer, clothes washer/dryer and well stocked kitchen. Bring your own cleaning supplies. The unit is compact but good for a small family. Unfortunately, we arrived two weeks after hurricane Ian hit Myrtle Beach. The pool and walkway to the beach are heavily damaged. Lots of sand in the parking area. There is also some damage to the deck. It looks like there is some water damage in the sink cabinets. But we did enjoy our two weeks in the unit.

This is a compact attached condo right on the ocean. The view is very nice from the little balcony. Everything is up to date and clean. The only issue we had is with the master bathroom - it's cramped although the shower is very nice. Price was very reasonable. Property management team - Dunes Realty - was exceptional to work with.

Could use a little TLC, other wise good. Beds a bit uncomfortable.
