The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with soft linens and a calming beach-inspired design. The second bedroom includes a trundle bed that converts into two twin beds along with a workspace, making it great for kids, friends, or remote work stays.
Whether you spend the day surfing, paddle boarding, biking along the boardwalk, or exploring San Diego, this cottage is a comfortable home base in one of the best locations in Mission Beach.
Guests have private access to the entire cottage and one dedicated parking space.
Unlike other rentals, there is a large parking spot that comes with the house (A huge plus in the summer months when parking is at a premium).
Please note that while an F250 truck can fit in the spot, it can sometimes be difficult getting into the spot, especially if you are not familiar with the vehicle you are driving. If the disabled spot across the alley is open, then it is a breeze as you just pull in there and back into your spot.
Free shared laundry is available onsite.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am
- No parties or unapproved visitors allowed
- This property has a strict no-noise-violation policy
- Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property

Molly's place was amazing. For a family of four, this spacious, private, two-bedroom unit in the middle if it all in Mission Beach was unbeatable. The ocean and the Bay are both a 3-5 minute walk away, tons of restaurants within easy walking distance as well. The place was very clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed - full kitchen, grill, laundry, etc. Molly was very helpful and easy to communicate with. All that and throw in the very reasonable price and you've got a winner. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach access super easy. Access to nearby restaurants excellent. Parking takes skill or patience but so good to have your own spot!

Perfect beach vacation, amazing location with everything literally steps away. The house had everything we needed for a fun day in the sand and super comfortable beds for a true vacation quality restful sleep. We will definitely be back.
