The sea 5 minutes walk from the beaches of the center Paseo Marítimo Vírgen del Carmen and Avenida del Mediterráneo with shops, restaurants, beach bars, caves. The health center and clinics are in the immediate vicinity, with pharmacies.
SWIMMING POOL Open all year 2022 / 2023 (It is not hot water). It is accessed directly from the entrance door. It can be used without restriction of hours, but the rest hours of the neighbors must be respected (3 to 4.3 pm and at night, 9 pm onwards)

Great apartment with well equipped kitchen, nice balcony and pool. Host supplied extra pool towels and mats for beach. Enjoyed walking to the beach, local caves, local restaurants recommended by hosts - amazing seafood- and nice to not hear one English voice!

Traveled as a family of 5. The apartment was exactly as listed on the website. Excellent facilities in the apartment and a great large swimming pool which was never busy and the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Bit of a hill to the apartment but nothing to dramatic and is great for burning off the excess calories after eating at the number of great restaurants located on the sea front a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. Claudio was very knowledgeable and easily contactable if needed. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Rincon.

Enjoyed using Ricon.... as a base. Easy bus ride into Malaga, and access to the motorway to get into the mountain areas. The apartment is well kept and clean. In may the balcony gets the sun in the morning. The pool area is small, but there is room to sit. The pool is very clean and big enough for the kids to play. Easy access to supermarkets, and Ricon....has many restaurants which are not fancy but the food is good. Ricon feels more of a town where people live rather than a holiday resort.
