A fantastic location in a property with plenty of space inside and out. Very well equipped in the kitchen with comfortable furnishings in the living areas. The hot tub was very welcome and well maintained.

The house is beautiful - BUT!!!!!The king size bed on the main floor upstairs is so high off the ground. I am 5‘7“ and my husband is 5‘10“ tall, and it was a struggle for me and my husband to get in and out of the bed.There are so many rules. We were almost afraid to touch anything. One of the rules was that we had to clean the gas grill outside or we would be charged a fee if they would have to clean it. The funny thing is it was disgustingly dirty when we arrived. I had to clean it and of course, I was not refunded any money for that. Also, the icemaker in the refrigerator did not work and we were not compensated. We had to buy our ice in town. The only seasoning in the kitchen was salt. All of the pepper bottles were empty. There were no napkins only a roll of paper towel. For the price, we paid we expected a lot more out of this homeowner.

This property was very well decorated and comfortable with all the amenities that one would expect(except for an iron & ironing board). Allison was quick to respond to any request we had. I would stay here again, alot of room and a great location for you to be able to explore the Black Hills and Wyoming.

Amenities were in good condition, only knock would be lack of curtains for privacy and deck door didn't lock
