STAY IN DOWNTOWN SUTTONS BAY! This upper level apartment is above a boutique in the downtown village of Suttons Bay. Just walk out your door and have all the shops, pubs, ice cream shop and movie theatre at your finger tips. Not to mention just a block away from a gorgeous sand beach and marina.
2 bedroom 1 full bath apartment with full kitchen. Master bedroom with queen bed and a flat screen mounted on the wall. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a futon.
Main floor has a full kitchen with dining set. A sunk in living room with windows overlooking “the strip” of Suttons Bay downtown.
Cute patio for dining out elevated in this loft rental, enjoy a glass of wine from one of the 12 local wineries or enjoy some food from some of the many local restaurants just steps away.
Within steps of the park with tennis and basketball, right next door! Within 2 blocks of Suttons Bay marina and park and gorgeous sand beach with kayak rentals! If you wish to bring your boat you can rent a slip at the marina and be only a block away from your boat.

Location is fantastic! Cozy with plenty of room. Apartment is clean and well stocked. Only negatives.. parking spot very tight and very hard to see traffic when pulling out! Parking is a premium in town so it was nice to have a dedicated spot. Lastly living room really didnt cool down. AC in bedroom could not keep up. Window units in rooms had small gaps which allowed a couple bees inside. I am allergic. Able to get hubby to assist and we found something to seal up the area around them. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. We would return!

Property is in an excellent location to take in all the shops & restaurants in Suttons Bay and very close to bike trail. The beds are comfortable, and the place was generally clean. It does seem that it is time for some updating especially the electrical system. We followed the instructions that the 2-bedroom air conditioners could not be used at the same time or the breaker would be tripped. This wasn't ideal & when we went to open the window in the bedroom not using an air conditioner for fresh air a spoon fell out of the window on the floor - not sure what its purpose was. Also, we did not see that there is a pretty high step inside the unit between the family room area & kitchen - this wasn't ideal for one of our family members that has mobility issues.
