gut: Lage, Nähe zum Swimmingpool, Größe und Aufteilung der Wohnung, Garage (im Haus) und Stellplatz, Waschmaschine.schlecht: kein Wäscheständer, kein Sonnenschirm, Bodenwischer kaputt, kein Putzmittel vorhanden, keine Mückenschutzgitter am Fenster und Terrassentür (große Mückenplage)
