There’s plenty to do in the house, including ping pong, foosball, and air hockey tables as well as an arcade machine in the game room, a piano in the living room, 4 TVs, and a whole-house sound system. The property also features a huge backyard with picnic tables, badminton/volleyball net, horseshoes, tether ball, and a putting green.

The house is a few minutes’ walk to the rocky shoreline and about a ten-minute walk/2-minute bike ride to your choice of two Wells beaches (Moody or Crescent). Moody Beach connects to Ogunquit Beach. The house is centrally located and is just a 10-minute drive to Ogunquit and 15 minutes to Kennebunkport.
