Find an oasis of calm in this second floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The open living room/ kitchen provides ample seating for 6. Modern style and amenities can be found throughout this new condo. Completed in 2018 this rental offers something that most downtown rentals cannot. Stocked with a full kitchen, living room (with queen sofa sleeper), washer & dryer. Perfect for couples or traveling professionals!
The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.
There will be a guide book waiting in your suite that can answer most questions about the unit itself and provide our favorite dining recommendations, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before you arrive!
You will have access to the entire apartment!

There is a potential for 2 cars if we have openings in our lot. If our lot is fully booked, we may have options for street parking. STREET PARKING IN CHARLESTON IS NOT FREE. THERE IS A 2 HOUR RESIDENTIAL LIMIT ON STREET PARKING. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO PARK ON THE STREET. Please inquire and pre-arrange prior to arrival if you will have a vehicle with you.
This property is located directly above Charleston's newest Spanish Tapas Restaurant, Estadio. This is a great amenity for our property but it is important to note Estadio is open from 4-10pm daily and noise from the restaurant can be heard at these times.

Great property and location. The host was easily accessible via text for any issues or concerns. The parking spaces were a bit tight for an SUV but not much different than other locations we've stayed in Charleston. We would definitely stay again if we are in town.

Awesome clean condo. Host was amazing. I highly recommend this place and beds are super comfortable with the BEST pillows. 1 mile from King St - we walked and the best cheesesteak place and general store across the street.
