We have a wonderful 1 bedroom 1 bath king suite with a garden jet tub to offer small families, honeymooners, and anniversary guests. Situated in Oceans One Resort, this quaint suite has views all around. Catch the sunset from the back balcony or sit and watch the ocean on the front balcony. Walk to Family Kingdom Amusement Park, the Pier, and the Boardwalk. Listen to live music at McAdoo's Beach Bar, and stroll down the street to Friendly's for 50's style ice cream.

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is not allowed in the room or on the balcony. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas of this resort. Please only smoke in these designated areas.
This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat it as you would your home.
The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check in at the front desk. You will receive this code on the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.
Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.
Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

Location was excellent. Property good for the value, stocked with minimal necessities, room was nice for the area but property common grounds were average. Communication with the property management was subpar. They were quick with their response but not helpful resolving issues. Bed was comfortable but couch was hard. Pull out mattress was stained and no linings were provided for it. I was told they were in the closet but only pillows and a wadded, scratchy blanket were there. No pillowcases or lines. When I tried to explain this, the rental company replied “great, thank you”. We ended up purchasing our own linens. View was great but since unit is on second floor some palm trees were partially blocking the ocean. Pool was cleaned daily and plenary of seating options. Easy access to the beach.

Great location to the airport and beach. As a couple by ourselves to many kids and loud adults up to 2-3 am blaring music that could be heard through hurricane proof windows. Being on 2nd floor didn’t help. Saturday night incident happened where 10 police cars were just outside condo. Great water pressure, bed was comfortable, and easy walk to go to Wicked Tuna, which is a great restaurant. Fireworks were great We will not come back to this location. It could be a great fit for someone else. Also furniture and some walls and the door sills need to be cleaned, repaired, or replaced. Better information accessing beach chairs. First place we have stayed on a beach where beach chairs not in condo.
