Updated 4 bedroom/2 bath craftsman style home in the BEST location! This beautiful house has a huge backyard and is close to almost everything San Diego has to offer. Only about a mile or two away from Balboa Park, the Zoo, Old Town, The Gaslamp Quarter, The Embarcadero, Hillcrest and just minutes from the airport. WALK to Little Italy in 10 minutes! Beautiful huge backyard with plenty of room to entertain. GREAT for families, or larger groups!! Sleeps 8 comfortably!
We’re close to all the best things San Diego has to offer. WALK to Little Italy and dine at some of the best restaurants in San Diego. We’re within a few minutes Uber/Lyft to Balboa Park, the famous San Diego Zoo, Historic Old Town, Gaslamp Quarter, or the Embarcedaro, and Seaport Village.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!! Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise down to a minimum after 10pm! Any parties will result in IMMEDIATE eviction and no refunds. No exceptions!!! We are close with our neighbors and have surveillance cameras outside so please don’t attempt it.
No smoking inside the house! No confetti AT ALL! $30 extra cleaning fee will be charged.

Stayed with family- very conveniently located quick trips to all surroundings areas- house was super clean and beds super comfortable! Neighborhood is quiet and parking was never an issue- would stay again-

This house is in such a great location to everything. Little Italy is a short walk away with amazing food and fun. You can also walk down to the bay and take some boat tours and other fun things. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood was quiet. I definitely recommend this property if you want to be right in the middle of everything.

We were meeting friends, with our dog, we felt so lucky to have found a house so close to town and had an amazing backyard. I was nervous about the street parking and it turned out to be no problem at all. There was always a spot right in front of the house. We stayed there four days and never had an issue. The host was very easy to communicate with and made the check-in process very easy. We are looking forward to staying again thanks so much.

We were very happy with this place! Would stay again on next visit! Clean, roomy and nice outdoor area. Answered questions in a timely manner. Thanks for a memorable vacation. Was very easy to book and check in and out.
