The 60 m² apartment accommodates up to four guests and features two charming, spacious bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king‑size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds and a Smart TV. Both rooms include generous wardrobe space.
The bright living room offers a leather sofa, a 55‑inch Smart TV, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, making it ideal for relaxed evenings.
The fully equipped kitchen with its cozy dining nook offers everything you need for shared meals, relaxed drinks, or a delicious cooking session in between.
The covered terrace and private garden area invite you to unwind in any weather. Comfortable outdoor furniture and an electric Weber grill are available, allowing you to enjoy your time outside flexibly and comfortably.
The modern bathroom includes a walk‑in shower, double washbasin, two bathroom cabinets, and a toilet.
A separate storage room provides additional space for luggage and personal items.

You have a private entrance and exclusive access to your own garden area directly in front of the apartment.
A parking space is available right in front of the apartment, and an additional space next to our garage is provided for larger vehicles.
