We had a great experience at this property! Plenty of space for a family of 6. The location is close to restaurants, Dunkin, ice cream, mini golf, kayak rentals and the beach. We also loved having the pool so close for the kiddos. Parking was easy and accessible. Communication was excellent.

We love staying here! (This is our 4th time) The house is extremely convenient to everything we want to do (quick uber to mackys, fagers seacrets, walkable when it's nice out). Tina and George are very communicative, the house is clean and just as described. Our group will be back!

Very well maintained and clean property. I appreciate that the fridge was totally empty and spotless. The owner checked in to make sure everything was good. Nice neighborhood and plenty of parking. One thing to note linens and towels are not provided and I didn’t realize that until receiving the key code a few days prior. There is a service that provides and delivered linens but I would have preferred to understand that up front.

This was our first time in OCMD, and we were there celebrate a birthday and the labor day weekend with friends. Booking was a breeze, and the hosts were pretty responsive to our messages and the handbook was comprehensive The first positive thing we noticed was the location. You go through a bunch of commercial area and turn into a quiet block of townhouses where this is located. It is a perfect mix of proximity to restaurants and stores, walking distance from the beach and literally across from the community pool.The house itself is adequately appointed. It was cleaned well bedore our arrival. The kitchen has everything as described and there is also a fridge in the garage which is nice, particularly to store stuff that we'd bring to the pool or the beach without lugging it all upstairs. The living room is nice and spacious with a dining area that also has a ton of board games. The bedrooms are adequate for a holiday, and the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Can't ask for much else, right?Just note that it is a 3-level home, 3.5 if you count the half floor walk up from the street level to the first level of the house, so it is not very suitable for folks with mobility issues.
