This was a perfect place to stay while attending a wedding at hotel across the street. Value for the money is huge! The place was, clean, cool, amd comfortable and safe and within walking distance to mulptiple restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacy. Our host Larry was 10 out of 10 on communication! If we ever have reason to come back to Cabo we wouldn't even look for a other place to stay. Excellent!

Larry offered prompt responses to any questions we raised. His terms were more than acceptable, and his condominium was fully equipped and extremely comfortable.

The host was very good and communicative. Very quick at fixing an issue with the TV set. Location was also good. There is a large building being constructed right in front of this condo building. Our view was the concrete walls. The condo was dated and dark. The neighbours were great, the pool was awesome and security people were very accomodating. Overall a good place to stay and close to the beach.
