Restaurants such as The Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, La Playa and Sunrise Coffee Co are within a short walking distance and is sure to appease any appetite. No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Cabana 111. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Everything was so neat and clean. Loved being able to walk out and having access to food and some shopping. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Unit was a great location by the pool, close to laundry and trash room, restaurants and shopping, and short walk to the beach! Bed was extra comfy! Only drawbacks were there was not a direct walkway from the back of the unit to the pool due to a nice little yard built up with a retaining wall. Had to walk out front door and around to the pool, which wasn’t a long walk, just would have liked direct access to the sidewalk to pool. Also, drain in tub would back up causing standing water while showering, quick fix with a maintenance team. Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend it to others for the 1st floor convenience and short walk to beach access.

The location was perfect! My husband and two sons had a great time. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The kiddos loved the pool being so close. The pizza place close by was a huge hit, and so yummy. Beds were comfortable, wish there had been more seating in the living area, but we made it work!

The place was okay but there was zero wifi. The network in the instructions wouldn't even come up. Owners need to be aware and keep their equipment up to date or do not advertise there is wifi.
