The property features several terraces around the 9m x 4.5m pool, with an outdoor shower, a solarium, and a fully equipped summer kitchen with a bar and plancha grill.
The beautifully landscaped 1500 m² garden offers sea views and stunning sunsets over the hills. South-facing, the villa boasts a spacious living and dining area opening onto a shaded pergola with panoramic views of the sea and hills. It includes 2 master suites and 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 5 toilets. This house offers all the necessary equipment (including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a traditional filter coffee maker) and modern comforts to accommodate a maximum of 14 guests, regardless of age.

• For your comfort, the pool is open from April to October. The pool is disinfected by salt electrolysis: a small amount of salt is converted into natural chlorine, ensuring soft, odorless, and comfortable water — gentle on the skin and eyes, with no salty taste.
If you'd like to enjoy a heated pool, this option is available for an additional €250/week. Please let us know at least 15 days before your arrival so we can prepare it for you!
• Remote check-in and assistance during your stay
• End-of-stay cleaning included
• Mid-stay cleaning available on request for an additional fee

Beautiful villa with everything you could want or need. Amazing views! Good walk in to town but a steep uphill back - but the town and the view certainly makes up for that. Excellent communications with Eric. Would absolutely recommend this villa! Wonderful week

The Villa is located beautifully, with a great view. The outdoor area is really spacious and the kids enjoyed the heated pool, even during the first week, while we had bad weather. Eric is a great host and responded within minutes wherever there was something

Everything about this accommodation was a 5 star. From the communication prior, check in process, the villa itself and location, we couldn't ask for more. Do bring your walking shoes, its at the top of a hill which offers beautiful views so it was well worth it. Plenty of restaurants, cafes etc. within walking distance and of course the beach too. The villa was spacious enough that with 10 of us staying there, we did not feel on top of each other. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
