We were in Hoover for a youth baseball tournament. The house was clean and well maintained. It was centrally located for all of the baseball venues where we played. It had easy and quick access to the freeway. We would definitely reserve the house for future events. Communicating with the property manager and owner were quick and easy.

We were gone a good bit of the day. Front porch was nice. There is a working grill. There are not a lot of utensil/kitchen ware but we were able to make it work.

House has no seating for more than two people. There are broken windows, and the initial furniture was dirty and worn. The oven doesn’t have temp markings and the kitchen is lacking many essentials. Pealing paint in the bathroom and doors that don’t shut, or won’t open (beadroom). The home is sparsely furnished. And you share property with another small rental so don’t expect much privacy. It’s overall disappointing for a home in Vestavia
