New construction with elegant taste. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Studio apartment located a few minutes from the beach. Luxurious decor with an Italian marble shower to make you feel like you’re on a cloud after a day of sun and sand. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood but close to restaurants and shopping! We are 9 minutes from Indian Rocks beach. The floor plan is completely open and is an efficiency or studio apartment.
Perfect place to escape the winter and work from home. Tiny and efficient this studio is just enough space with a working area and kitchenette. The prices are also reasonable enough to be able to stay for longer periods and still stay within your budget.
This is a studio apt attached to another rental. You will have your own small patio and private entrance but will not have access to the main house outdoor amenities. Both units can be rented at the same time. There is only one parking space provided on the left side of the left driveway.

Host was very quick to respond to any questions. It was very clean and just enough space for a two people. It’s located in a quiet area but close to everything so it was very convenient. Will be back!!

The location was good. Not far from the beach and airport. Water pressure was low, but overall a comfortable place to stay. Excellent communication with the host.

Unfortunately this was not a good fit for two people, the open concept was too open, perfect perhaps for a single traveler. The management was great in responding, property was clean, area appeared safe and quiet.
