Indulge in this modern 5 Bed, 5 Bath Villa located in Reunion Resort. This home offers 3,407 sq. ft. of accommodation for you and your family with private pool, spillover spa, private theater room, kid's bedroom, and more.
With the open floor plan throughout, Paradise Retreat features a spacious living area, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and dining table to seat up to 8 guests. Gather the family around in the living area where you can enjoy the views of the pool area. On the ground floor, you will find a master suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. There is also a half bathroom and laundry room located on the ground floor.
Head to the second floor and step into the inviting loft area, featuring a plush leather sectional, an entertainment console with an Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and plenty of space to unwind. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The little ones can decide between 2 themed bedrooms; one being a Minion room with a queen bed and a video game room with 3 sets of custom themed bunk beds with 2 twin beds and 4 full. The remaining rooms upstairs are a king and queen room.
Take full advantage of the Florida sunshine by your private pool and spa overlooking the Jack Nicklaus golf course. Enjoy all the pool area has to offer with 7 sun loungers, outdoor dining table, and built-in grill. After an afternoon in the pool area, head to your private theater room. The theater room has seven leather recliner seats and 110-inch projections screen where you can enjoy your favorite movie.

This was our second time staying here. We loved every aspect of the home. Check in was a bit delayed as cleaning service was still finishing up, but all in all another excellent stay!

We loved every bit of our trip - amazing house; pool was shaded for afternoon swims which were great for young kiddos. Plenty of space around pool and in house. Kid friendly amenities like pack n play, high chair, kids plates/utensils and themed bedroom with slide was loved by all! Movie/game room was so fun! Beds were comfortable and loved being close to Disney and all Reunion resort amenities included too. Can’t wait to come back again!

Spent a week in the warmth for my 50th birthday. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The property had scuffed up walls, and the theater was beyond worn. Dont plan on using it. The pool, spa, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all great. The laundry room was very convenient. The grill had no propane, so we were unable to use it. Great views of the golf course, and about 15 minutes to the Disney area. We would definitely stay in the future if they could fix the above issues.

Overall the rental was in good shape. However we did run into several issues. When we arrived there were several dead worms in different areas of the house. There is a small gap in the door that they were crawling through during our visit. By the time we left it was well over 50 worms. Some of the worms even got all the way upstairs into the rooms. I managed to sweep most of them out before I left. The stove had a broken burner (glass was broken) , but it did work. There were no instructions on how to use the theater room, and I advised so when I received a call the day after checking in to the rental. I was told someone would come out to show us how to use it, they never came out. I did figure it out on my own. It seemed there were alot of things unplugged from the TV's all over the house and from the receiver in the theater room. Some of the legs on the couches, chairs upstairs look like they are about to give out as they were in weird angles. Also, someone had the AC set to hit 64 degrees on 2 days out of the week. I changed that to 74 as the paperwork stated. All of this info was given to your team via phone call day of check out. A few of the seats in the theater room were ripped as well. I felt with what I paid, it should of been in a bit better shape. The grill was not getting hot as well, just FYI. We ended up cooking inside. Other than that, we had a good time.
