A brief walk takes you to the vibrant Atlantic Beach Circle, where a variety of local restaurants and bars await, perfect for dining out and enjoying the nightlife. This seaside haven promises a memorable and relaxing stay by the sea.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

Nicely renovated, perfect spot and excellent communication and accommodation with hosting company. Very pet friendly for our 2 dogs. We will definitely stay again.

Salt Life is an amazing property. The location and neighborhood were perfect. A one minute walk around the corner and your on the beach. A two minute walk down the block and you’re in AB for restaurants and shops. The kids loved walking to the doughnut shop every morning and our dog loved her morning/evening beach walks. The house was clean and spacious with everything you would need for a family beach vacation. We had a great time at Salt Life & AB and we’ll definitely be back!
